Khartoum Academy
A modern learning platform for a centuries-old institution
We partnered with Khartoum Academy to reimagine how prospective students discover programs, apply, and connect with faculty — translating a deep academic heritage into a contemporary digital experience.

The Academy needed a digital home that matched the ambition of its faculty and the diversity of its programs. We rebuilt the brand system, redesigned the site, and shipped a flexible CMS that the marketing team owns end-to-end.
Fragmented program pages, inconsistent typography, and an admissions funnel that lost candidates between awareness and application. Mobile traffic accounted for 68% of sessions but the legacy site assumed desktop.
We led a three-week discovery covering stakeholder interviews, content audits, and a competitive review across global universities. From there we shaped an editorial design language — generous typography, calm color, and an image system that puts students at the center of every page.
A unified brand and site that compresses the journey from program discovery to enrolment. Editors publish faster, applicants convert higher, and faculty have a platform that finally reflects the work happening inside the institution.
A look at the surfaces, systems, and moments that shaped the engagement.
